Serving as an instructor and lecturer at SIMAC - Svendborg International Maritime Academy since 2021, I specialize in maritime education with a focus on navigation, multi domain operations, and critical infrastructure. My contributions include delivering comprehensive polar code training, developing advanced maritime simulation programs, and actively participating in the International Ice Charting Working Group since 2018.
With over 30 years of maritime experience, I am committed to advancing safety and sustainability in global maritime operations, particularly in polar navigation. Leveraging expertise in ice navigation, teaching of more than 100 instructors around the globe, maritime legislation, and hydro dynamics, I contribute to training programs, consultancy initiatives, and research projects that drive innovation and improve operational practices across the industry. Still serving as a senior officer around the world!
