Member of the YouSee Executive Team and Nuuday Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for ~DKK 200M CAPEX/OPEX technology portfolio. Consolidated product management and development into a single integrated business unit improving execution speed and portfolio coherence. Introduced shared data foundations and product design principles enabling more customer-centric product development.
Head of Entertainment & SVP
Executive owner of YouSee's entertainment portfolio (110-120 FTE) including YouSee TV, YouSee Play, and YouSee Musik. Led transformation of product development and operations toward digital, data-driven operating models. Defined and executed migration from legacy broadcast TV to a digital-first entertainment platform. YouSee Play became the fastest-growing entertainment product while YouSee Musik achieved highest customer satisfaction in the company.
Head of TV & Media
Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and content acquisition across IPTV, Cable, and TV Everywhere services. Member of Consumer Products Leadership Team leading a 10-15 FTE product organization. Led transformation from infrastructure-bound TV distribution to OTT-first streaming aggregation. First Swedish operator to aggregate TV channels and streaming services without broadband bundling. Improved bNPS by 40+ points over five years.
Head of TV Frontend / Head of IPTV
Accountable for UX design and frontend development across Nordic OTT and IPTV services. Led 40 FTE agile UX and frontend organization delivering TV experiences for 1M+ customers. Member of the Telia Global TV Leadership Team. Introduced customer-centric agile operating model improving delivery speed and product quality. Telia achieved highest TV customer satisfaction in Sweden in 10 of 11 years.
Head of TV Production
Established DevOps organization (15-20 FTE) responsible for DVB-C, IPTV and OTT TV services serving ~1.8M households. Integrated product and operations to create end-to-end service ownership. Led operational implementation of TiVo platform replacing legacy workflows and systems. Introduced ITIL-based service management reducing critical incidents and MTTR by 80%.
